Celebrating 30 Years of TY

For thirty years Teachers and Schools have learned a lot about devising and implementing successful TY programmes. In a system that tells students and their parents how important it is to achieve in their final exams ,TYs emphasis on exploring dreams , on learning how to work as part of a team , on thinking about one’s identity ,on becoming an active citizen may seem contradictory but all evidence shows students thrive during TY.  We are delighted to mark this milestone of Transition Year as part of our Education System with our largest TY Event to date.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of our esteemed exhibitors for this year’s edition of the TY Show. As always, we are brimming with excitement as we prepare to bring you an extraordinary experience at the magnificent Curragh Racecourse this September in our biggest venue to date with over 10,500 sq metres of Event Space.

To accommodate your needs, we offer various exhibition space sizes, with the typical option being 3x2m, costing €1100 plus vat. This includes exhibit space, furniture, and access to power. As an exhibitor, you’ll be able to highlight the services you offer, whether it’s apprenticeships, career advice, mental and physical wellbeing support, college courses, hobbies, and volunteering, studying abroad, or anything else that can benefit Irish students.

But that’s not all!  We’re not just limited to a grand showcase of exhibitors. Brace yourselves for the ultimate influx of energy, as we prepare to host a staggering number of 7000 students, eager to explore, engage, and soak up the wealth of knowledge and opportunities that await them at the TY Show. Alongside them, we eagerly await the arrival of 250 dedicated teachers, whose invaluable guidance and support play a crucial role in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.
